Installing apache-apxs

Hello,

I am trying to install apache-apxs in FC3 but got the following error:

error: Failed dependencies:
perl-base is needed by apache-apxs-2.0.52-10.i386
perl-base >= 0:5.003 is needed by apache-apxs-2.0.52-10.i386

How can I install the perl-base in FC3? I do not see any rpm package in the Fedora CD set and its download server.

Pls help, thanks.
