installing and removing apps
 
I am brand new to linux running fedora core 2.

I am trying my damnedest to work the command line. I have figured out how to install applications using >rpm -U xxxxxxx

I am curious how to uninstall applications from the command line.

rpm -e <packagename>

You need to read man rpm thoroughly.
