Installation trouble

Have RH9. Have the 3 ISO images on the root of my C: on XP
Used partition magic to make space at the beginning of the drive for Linux.
Downloaded Rawrite and Bootdisk.img made my Installation Boot disk. Now I can boot to the install screen choose Language then choose hard drive as source for image. At this point no matter what I choose It can not find the image.

Any Suggestions. I have copied the images over again deleted the old ones, and I have also made a new Installation boot disk with XP. The last time I installed was on 98SE

Easiest way: Burn the ISOs onto CDs. The first CD will be bootable, and you can use it to setup your Red Hat system.

Not-so-easy way: Mount the ISOs as loopback and use this to install... Troublesome to say the least :(

Still no luck. I have made the installation boot disk. At the point where it asks where the images are located I choose /dev/hda1
I am getting a message saying that the images can not be found.
I can not boot to the CD either. Is there something else I am overlooking??

i'm a noob as well but could it be that your BIOS settings aren't configured in order to boot from a CD?

Many pcs have different versions of BIOS but u can start it on most sytems by pressing on of the F<number> keys at system startup e.g. when you see the logo of your motherboard vendor. On my system it's F8. In BIOS edit the startup medium from Hard Disk to Atapi CD-ROM. Without these settings your pc (atleast mine) can't boot from a CD.
