Installation Redhat 7.2 or Slackware without CD Rom

Hey guys,
I wanna to install Redhat or Slackware for my fren. But the problem is he doesn't have CD RW to burn the ISO image. Is that possible for me to boot up from the linux boot up disk to install OS(any method). If yes, pls me how to do it?

It's possible for example by ftp. It may be through the Net, but you may also use 2 connected machines with ftp server on one of them.
