Installation problems

I have AMD Athlon 64 bit 2800+ ASUS K8X MX motherboard with SIS Chipset. My Hard Disk is SATA Seagate 80 GB. I couldnt install Fedora Core 2 on it. It says hard disk not found. I already have Windows XP installed on my comp. And even while installing XP, i had to load drivers manually through a floppy disk.(Got the drivers from the net). Can someone tell me how do i go about installing Fedora.
