installation of sugarcrm bin file
 
got linux to run sugarcrm and slq ledger. have to admit that operating this is a bit opaque. i downloaded the bitrock .bin file for linux and tried to open it with yast, but the executable hangs. suggestions please.

bin file
 
figured it out. a 'bin' file is the equivalent of an .exe file in windows. you simply copy it to your directory of choice and it will run. queer thing about permissions. needed to run chmod 744 filename to change the permissions. hope this helps the next person.
