Dont you think this thread is old and dead for long? Why not start your own thread for your issues. This is regarding RHEL4 on a server. And you are talking about RH9 on desktop. No relation except RH.
RH9 is too old and may not install on sata or scsi hard drives.

all right,I'd abandoned all hope for installing double os,I removed all partions on the drives,and installed a single linuxl.
