Installation of Adobe Flash 11, to Slackware 13.37
 
First time using linux and first post on this forum, whatsup everyone!!

This is the DL site for flash 11.2. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Which format should I download and install,
or attempt to. cuz so far im terrible at linux..
YUM, tar.gz, or .rpm?

Download .tar.gz file for your Slackware system. As far as I remember to install, just extract it and copy to web browser plugins directory.

Go here:
http://connie.slackware.com/~alien/s...gin/pkg/13.37/
Download the .txz file.
Then, as root, change directory to wherever you've saved it and run this:

installpkg flashplayer-plugin-11.2.202.238-i386-1alien.txz
