install windows on remote linux server?

This must have been asked many times before, but neither google or the search on this site came up with anything useful. So I believe this cannot be done, but I'm gonna ask anyway.

Is there any way to install any windows (xp and up) version on a remote linux server (centos or debian). I have couple of remote linux servers but I need some windows programs for my network. They cannot be run in wine. I don't wanna pay $100 for Os reinstall and $50 or more monthly for windows license when I already have them.

Sure, build a machine in some VM that has portability and send it over.

Try VMware's Virtual appliances for some test MS products. Usually 90 but you get the idea.

Otherwise you can remotely install to a VM.

If you want remote dual boot you may have to have a special card like intel's remote boards or one or two others.
