NONE of them are recognized on "Customize Look and Feel (lxappearance.desktop)"

WHY?!

lxappearance does not automatically recognize new themes - you must close it and open again.
also what's important is what is inside those folders:
it should be subfolders like gtk-2.0 gtk-3.0 and maybe an index.theme file (not required).
and inside these subfolders should be the theme.
and permissions have to be corect.

I booted many times..

I tested with many themes, none of them worked.
