ok now I don't own any of them but I think Linux regards them as a family because it has detected ntfs partitons
google "boot manager windows 7 same as vista" top hit says they are the same boot manager
2) now did you use a partition tool on your hard drive?
the order looks funny?
1 2 5 6 3 ignoring that you did not post the extended partition number
3) Did you follow some guide to put linux on a flash drive using format fat16?
I would never recommend fat16 to anyone including microsoft ppl
