Install Suse to USB key

Does anyone know how to install suse to a USB key without reformatting the drive from FAT? Want to try to make a small (64MB if I can), portable system that uses pagefile.sys (know how to do this), that leaves no trace behind.
Basically, I want to make my own live CD using suse linux.
Know to get the USB patch, but want to use kernel 2.6 to run it.
Thanks...
I am a big and don't want to download any more files.
Have linux system running on IDE Drive, want to minaturize it and move it to USB key.

I don't know if that is possible...The computer would have to be able to boot to the USB? anyway, try distrowatch.com there are small distros that will fit to a floppy but there not going to be GUI. There might be ones there for USB but i dont know.

It's impossible but....

I tried it today and found out that it is impossible to install suse to that, but is there some thing besides mandrakemove that lets me use a live cd and then use a usb key for /home and other config files???
