Install Radeon 9600 Pro Drivers - SuSe 9.2

Can somebody please give me step by step instructions on how to install this driver.

I have downloaded fglrx_4_3_0-8.10.19-1.i386.rpm, but I dont know what to do with it, I am not familar with what an rpm extension is.

I have had a quick through the forum, but most responses assume that I know a lot moreknowledge.

I will be eternally grateful.
