install oracle virtual box on a red hat enterprise linux 5 hp server

i have a 1 x HP Proliant DL360 G5 Server 2X Quad core 2.33Ghz E5335 4GB P400i 2X72GB 15K combo
i installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
I have a monitor l can practice all the commands
However l haven't partitioned the system

i want to install
Oracle Virtual Box
Ubuntu unix
How do i go about this step by step.

One option would be to add the Oracle Linux repo file to /etc/yum.repos.d/ and then install VirtualBox with yum, as described here (first google hit for "install virtualbox in linux"):
