Install NIC Driver

Hi All,
I am new with the linux, and willing to learn it. I just install Slackware 12. Can someone tell me how to install the NIC Driver?
I have Realtek RTL8139 C+ Fast Ethernet NIC. I have been reading the manual on modprobe, but not too sure which driver to choose. Thanks.

You need the rtl8139 module.
