Hello community ,

Is there anyone that can help me with steps to install m4 packages?

Just? #yum install m4
It requires to reboot? Or any other configuration?

Very complicated (or maybe impossible) to install anything on CentOS 5. It's past end-of-life and is no longer supported.

if is deprecated in centOS 5 same thing is with redhat 5 ?

If you mean GNU M4 1.4.18 macro processor then the latest update was in 2016 so some newish distro ought to work.

Download and built it for a try.

Yes CentOS 5 == RHEL 5
Yes. Of course. CentOS 7.4 or CentOS 7.5 is the current release.
