Install Java Runtime Enviorment

Hi, I'm new to Linux and I need to install Jave Runtime Enviorment.
I'm using Mozilla Firefox and Fedora 7.
If there is an easy way out there I would really appreciate it if someone told me how to do it. Thanks.

Here is a guide for Fedora 8 but installing Java Runtime should basically be the same.
