Install Gstreamer

I need to install Gstreamer. I 've downloaded the source file but I cannot to use them (when type make the shell output is:make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop)
How do I install gstreamer? Does it exist an rpm gstremer package for openSuse 10.1 ?
Pleas help me

I believe Suse uses a package manager called Yast. Check there first, I'd be surprised if it didn't have gstreamer.

Yes Suse use YaTS, when I do YaST-> Software management I receive the following message:
There was an error in installation source initialization. Can't open /var/lib/zypp/cache/Source.Qrn4oP/DATA/descr/package
What happen
