Install FC5 dual Winxp on 2 hard drivers

I'm having 2 hard disks. One was installed WinXP (80G - Format :NTFS) and I decide to use the second hard disk (10G) to run Linux (Fedora5).
I have some questions:

1.What must I do ? To share data between them ...
2.I should have how many partitions (on HDD 10GB) ? and capacity of every partitions is how many? (Some documents say that I shound have 3 partitions, /usr, /home,/).
3. My RAM is 512MB, Do I need swap partition?if yes, how many is good ?
4. Either 2 HDD have work independence or not ? If I removed FC5, how Windows will be affect?

waiting answers...!

(1) Put data in a Fat32 partition and it will be accssible for read/write by both systes.

(2) 10Gb is good enough to house a Linux. No Linux will refuse to be accommodated in a single partition. In a single partition /usr, /home etc atr subdirtectories to "/".

(3) Swap is used by majority Linux. 512Mb wll do in your case.

(4) Two hdd should work independenty. Your biggest challenge in to understand how to boot both. Have a look at the 2nd link of my signature.
