Install Dell TrueMobile 1300 using NSIDWrapper

I just installed Fedora 5 on Wednesday. I am new to the linux environment, i'm giving it a try because i'm taking a linux class right now in college. I installed Fedora 5 on my Dell Inspiron 5100 notebook. Everything works except I can't find drivers for my Dell Truemobile 1300. My teacher told me to download NSIDWrapper. Which i did but i don't know what to do after that. How do i install it once its downloaded. Is the NSIDWrapper have a gui or is it all command prompts. If it's command prompt what commands do i put in to install the driver?

Thanks
