install a graficdriver on redhat

i´m new in linux world so my question maybe folles but i need to install a graphic driver on redhat but i don´t now how to du in can enybody help me

Which graphical card? and which redhat?
If it's plugged, send us the output from "lspci" command.
Please, give us more data!

the OS that i´m using is red hat enterprise linux V4 update 4 and the graphic driver is
i need it step by step because i´m new in this world

NVIDIA's site actually has installation instructions (e.g. these). Did you try reading them? You'll want to mount your USB stick, in order to get access to the file. Perhaps this will be done automatically, but I don't use RHEL, so I don't know how things are configured.

for that, you need to have kernel headers and kernel source installed, you need also compilations tools.
Follow the procedure given on the nvidia website, it's quite easy to do.
