Input/Output error

I recently burned 3 CD's from a WinXP machine using Easy CD Creator and 2 out of the 3 CD's receive an error indicating Input/Output error when I try to copy the contents of the CD to the hard drive. I can see the contents of all 3 CD's, however I can not copy from 2 of them.

I am able to copy the contents of the CDs back to the WinXP system without any problems.

Is there a way around this problem?
