Hi
To start with, I really really think you should use Google more! ;-)

Anyway, no more process left in runlevel is not an error. It is what it says, a message telling you that all that should be done is done, there is nothing more to do.

...and please, never ever say Mail me if any solution

thanks for the reply

But the issue is that after this message I dont get the command prompt. Everything got hangs and I need to switch off the machine.
I replaced the inittab file but still the issue remain same.
This error comes at every runlevel. Even in single user mode

That error means that you've got a runaway situation, whereby the system is spawning more process than it can handle.
We really need a Suse expert here, but a look at your /etc/inittab would be a start.

issue solved

I had found that the inittab file was of 0 size,i have the backup of inittab file. I replace that file and things wnt OK.
