Increase process priority in Round Robin Algorithm
 
Would like to know whether this idea below is possible or not:

want to increase the priority of a process when it has exhuasted its time quantum so that when its rerun again it will have higher probability of running longer in Round Robin algorithm.

If possible any idea where I can get started code wise?
