Hey guys, I have run into another problem, and I think it has something to do with my video card settings. I have an HP Pavilion zv5000 with an AMD 64 3400+ processor, 1024mb ram, and an Nvidia Geforce 440 graphics card, with 3d acceleration enabled. My current resolution is 1680 x 1050
One of the symptoms seems to be when picking a screensaver in KDE. The first time I log into KDE, I am able to preview any of the screensavers just fine, but then if I try to preview a second one (or the same one again), all I get is a black screen. Same thing happens when waiting for the screensavers to kick in, usually I just get a black screen.
Another problem, which I think MIGHT be related, is when selecting multiple items using my mouse on the desktop. When dragging the mouse, if the selector-box starts getting big, it starts going really choppy. To give you an idea, it takes about 5 seconds to make a box from the middle of the screen to the corner.

I know this isnt really anything critical, just really annoyances. I am just one of those people who know that if there might be something not working right, it will bug me until I fix it
