include a library

hello, i'm new to linux using FC4, just got the bugger installed and i'm trying to get Hping3 installed.

The error i get is:
Code:
error: net/bpf.h: No such file or directory
libpcap_stuff.c: In function ‘pcap_recv’:
libpcap_stuff.c:61: warning: pointer targets in assignment differ in signedness
I know i need to download the net/bpf.h libary, but I wouldn't know what to do with it once I got it. Could someone please either direct me to a relevant tutorial or write one for me on how to do this? Remember i'm a complete linux noob, i know a handful of stuff, so if you could give me the exact commands it would be nice.

thanks in advance,
justin
