Inbox not showing in a mail server

Hi
I am having a mail server running sendmail on it. One of the user unable to open his inbox. While trying to open following message received:

ERROR:bad or malformed request.
Query: THRED ORDEREDSUBJECT ISO-8859-1 ALL
Server responded:Error in IMAP command UID: ORDEREDSUBJECT threading is not currently supported.

Pl.help me!

looks like his client is asking for sorted threading, which you've not provisioned for on the server... if everyone else is ok, tell him to stop doing what he's doing, uncheck that box or something...
