impossible to extract cd files with rythmbox

who could explain how to extract cd audio files with rythmbox with the command line without running rythmbox because it doesn't work?

Umm, as a (perhaps off topic) answer...I'd go for sound juicer. Enter the CD after firing it up and pick-n-choose the track(s) you need...
If too far off topic, sorry...maybe I misunderstood the question
