Importing ICQ contact lists

I was wondering is there any way of importing my existing ICQ contact list into LICQ?

I think LICQ (and GnomeICU which I use) can retrieve your contact list from the ICQ server (if you're using ICQ >= 2002 in windows).

I dont know about LICQ specifically except that I saw it listed in the features but GnomeICU picked up my list from the ICQ servers flawlessly.
