1. http://www.sibbald.com/unixutil/iptables-firewall.html - Seem to have it described from start to end. Could be good to understand the basics
2. http://aplawrence.com/Linux/iptables.html - This one might be used too.
3. http://bodhizazen.net/Tutorials/iptables/ - Another one, should be wide "tutorial".

I didn't read whole content described in links, and I, honestly, don't understand whole thing clearly, but I don't like when there is a person which started a thread without any response. Hope I helped, little bit at least.
