Implement iproute2 in my C via rtnetlink


Hi,
i think to implement iproute2 commands to kernel in my C program via the rtnetlink.
i think i saw a paper - states that most of (not all?) iproute2 are implemented by the netlink.
what iproute2 commands cannot be implemented via netlink?
