im new to linux and i need help on some questions..


hello i just have a few question on linux...
1. what command would you use to access help on the ls command
2. what information is listed for ls under name
3. what is the synopsis or syntax of this ls command

In order of increasing verbosity:

Code:
ls --help
man ls
info ls
The output of these provides the answers to your other two questions.
