im in user mode and cant run hdparm and ifconfig commands,
but if im root, i can run those commands with no problem, is there a tool that edits the commands that a user can run, for example:

user1 can run : hdparm only
user2 can run : hdparm and ifconfig
user3 can run : ifconfig only

is that possible? thank you very much.
God bless.
