ignite Image ???


In our firm we have been using ignite image restoration for HP-UX machine but the colleagues says there is no concept for Redhat Linux and Solaris.

Is it true?

You are going to have to tells us what ignite image restoration does before we can help you. Off the top of my head, it could be photo restoration, disk image restoration, or dozens of other possibilities.

Oh..Sorry for fewer details.
Here they use it for restoring the complete OS Image everyday..so that if OS corrupts whatever configuration and coding done by the developers could be installed again newly.
So Disk Image Restoration could be the right words.

Is there any tool ??

I Googled for it and found one Helpful Tool called PartImage http://www.partimage.org/Partimage-manual_Usage but I wonder it works during the runtime also.I went through Docs but couldnt find it stated for that.
Any Idea??
