If I want a module to load automatically at boot up then I would...

for example, acpi-cpufreq does not load automatically; how can I do the following:

1) make it load automatically

2) make my machine automatically do the equivalent of: dude@abides:~$ cpufreq-set -g ondemand

3) load other stuff at boot up
