Identify machine and raid version with command line
Is there a way to identify the machine (I believe it's an HP), the information on the type and size of drives it uses, and what version of RAID it has through command line?

For machine information (vendor, disks, etc.) I'd try lshw. To determine the raid level you can try

cat /proc/mdstat
for software raid. If you have a hardware raid controller, you can check the BIOS or some specific menu at boot time.

I guess it must be hardware raid since mdstat returned:

Personalities :
unused devices: <none>

But since I don't have physical access to it that will make finding out the raid information kind of tough.

Which RAID controller is mounted on this machine? Check the output of lshw to find out.
