Id "X" respawning too fast
 

Just before the screen where I login is supposed to come up I get a message saying
INIT: Id "x" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 min


What does this mean, and how do I make it work.

I just reinstalled RH 7.3, and I haven't been able to get past this.
