icon. show update. need information.
 
I click the icon for update.
Than i click show update, it doesn't open up the update?

What are the step that i need to take, to get the show update working again?

No idea, since you don't provide any useful details. Things like WHAT icon? Where? Version/distro of Linux? Desktop environment? ANYTHING???
