icon for the gfloppy is missing
 

I am using linux mandrake and gnome is my desktop.
I just install mandrake 8.0 and I did not find the Icon that represent my floppy disk and the Icon that represent my cdrom.
would anyone please tell me how should I create those Icon on the Gnome desktop?

I used to use an old version of gnome and when I right clicked on the desktop and selected Rescan Devices, the icons would appear on the desktop. But I believe this will only happen if the floppy and cdrom have enteries in the fstab file.
