icepack 2.75

after installing icepack 2.75, it asks you to reboot. after doing this, all i get is a message that says "error 4". anyone else ever experience this, and if not, can someone please tell me what to do about it, as i have tried re-installing, with the same results. any help would be greatly appreciated.
