i386 on AMD64 MOBO. Which Nvidia drivers?
In my complete NooBy-ness I installed Fedora 3-i386 distro on my AMD64 system. I have since found out that there is a F3-x86_64 distro for 64bit systems.

Not that it matters, as it is running fine. Question is though, what Nvidia drivers do I install for my 6600 PCIe card? Will a 64 driver stuff up with the i386 distro? Or will a 'i386' type driver stuff up my card?

Please help, its only a question of time before the 70Hz refresh rate gives me a cerebral bleed....

go to the NVIDIA sight they have an installer that will automaticly install the right driver for your kernel and if it can't find one it will compile one for you. you gota love NVIDIA very penguin friendly!

Don't install a 64bit driver with a 32bit kernel. but you'd get better performance with the 64bit distro. I mean you paid for 64bit why not use 'em.

Thanks for the reply, guessed it would probably be better to install the 64bit OS.

Its just the thought of downloading all those MBs....

But its free so I shouldnt complain :D
