I know that the tutorial explains everything, but since Im a newbie, I don't know how, and where to begin. Any help?

Yes...you begin with step 1 on that page, and continue. And we MIGHT be able to help with things, if you tell us what you've tried, where you're stuck, etc.

Sorry, but that page explains everything in good detail...all you've got to do is think about what it's doing, and apply it in your environment. That's not something we can help with...you are going to have to know certain things (addresses, machine names, etc.), to make it work.

The howtos on that site are about the easiest on the internet you can find. They're almost copy/paste. The most important part is that you read thoroughly what it says, word by word before applying something.

Your very first step will be to perform a basic install of Debian Lenny on two machines. Once you have performed that you can start following the steps in the howto.

If you don't know how to perform a basic install of Debian Lenny you can consult this page with screenshots. But if that's the case I strongly advice you to read some books or websites about Linux since you'll get lost pretty fast if you don't even know the basics.

In that tutorial it says that Ganeti is a cluster virtualization management.
So, can I do that project in 1 PC?

Hi,

That tutorial is written in the assumption that you have two nodes. You cannot have a 'cluster' with just one node. If you only have one pc available then you can install a product like VMWare Server and install two nodes in a virtual machine and take it from there. As the howto says:
Ganeti is 'only' the software to manage a virtual machine on a cluster of two physical nodes. If you don't have the physical nodes available you can try to run the project on virtual nodes.

Well, after the install of two Debian nodes you can just follow the steps in the Howto you mentioned in your first post. Just follow the steps, keeping in mind you need to adapt hostnames, IP addresses and such.

Just start by installing VMWare Server and next the two nodes with Debian Lenny. Let's take it from there. Looking forward to your questions.
