Hi,
Welcome to LQ! Look at: http://www.linuxtoday.com/ Plus at LQ: Links for Helpful Linux articles & books Or Linux Books & Online Magazines HTH! |
magazine? forget it.
Take a netbook, a GPRS stick (or wlan) then look at FAQs here, at ubuntuusers.de debian google "linux" internet pages. etc. You dont need paper (made of trees) for reading something about linux. |

Hi,
There are several reference manuals and diagnostic books that I do keep as desk copies. I agree online is great, along with eBooks but the desk copies are always there. BTW, I am no tree hugger but we should start limiting our forestry damages everywhere. |

Since you're in India you would be paying a premium for a printed magazine unless there's a locally published one. If a digital copy is acceptable, I'll second Linux Magazine, it's a decent publication and their digital subscription uses standard PDF files that you can save and read on just about any computer. I prefer Linux Format as a magazine, but they use a program with poor Linux compatibilty for their digital subscription!
