I want to know about squid server.

WE HAVE MTNL GATEWAY AS 198.168.0.1. I want to configure squid proxy server here and distribute internet through squid proxy server here in three labs.

How can I do this?

I can configure basic squid server in linux

we can't help you with just a vague / broad question. You need to refer to standard documentation for basics like this and as us *specific* questions about your deployment as and when they arise.

From a quick Google search, MTLN appears to be a broadband ISP in India. From what I can surmise, then, there's one broadband connection, and it needs to be shared.

meandsushil, if you've already got Squid up and running, all you need to do is put it between the rest of your network, and the router/switch that's connecting you to MTLN. All internet connections will then be forced to run through it. Since again, you provide no real details, tell us about your network topography, or tell us what you've tried/done, we can't help more.
