i want my own webserver with apache and no-ip

i am using ubuntu 9.10.....
i installed apache2 server successfullyy
I have set up Apache on my computer. On that computer, I can get to it by typing:localhost, MYIP, or one of the URLs I have forwarding to my IP.

i would like to make the these pages available to the public.

later i found no-ip client have to be downloaded for making dynamic ip-address updated.....

yes i did.

next what i have to do.??????

So you have a no-ip account, right? And you have checked that your ip is updated correctly, have you not? And then you have tried to ping your machine from the net, I suppose?
