I take it is a usb wifi card so what is the output of "lsusb" when you have it plugged into the ( i am GUESSING RHEL5.5 on a laptop) the ? laptop???

and have you asked the red hat support THAT you ARE paying for
the REQUIRED paid for license gets you access to the red hat tech support ( unless it is the $49 one)
