1- choosing a more detailed title for your thread will get you more help
2- typing in all uppercase wont help at all
3- iv never heard of "navyn os"
4- have you looked at the manufacturors website for your device for a driver? or google/yahoo?
5- have you tried netconf or ifconfig?

I have never heard of Navyn OS.

Googling for it, I see it is a Gentoo variant. Maybe someone more familiar with Gentoo can understand better what packages you need, and how to configure them.

Generally speaking, I believe "ifconfig" might at least give a clue to your problem.
