I need to free space on the drive, What do I take out and how?

Hi again,

My harddrive for the squid server is almost full,

What can I take out, and how,

I noticed there is a X11... directory which probably is Xfree for graphical interface which is not needed.

How do I uninstallit?

Anywhere to look for logs? (the machine is also working as a firewall so there could be some)

thanks

Your not using X, then it should be safe to uninstall it.

Logs are kept in /var/log

Probably clear out any files in /tmp as well.

Well how was it installed? What distro? Where are you actually seeing this X11 directory as to sometimes you will have an X11 directory even if X isn't installed which holds other information, apps, etc.
