I need ls -la /dev for a RHEL


For i mistake in all files of /dev changed the group and owner. I have a Red Hat Enterprise, please someone would email me ls -la /dev. My email is rhelserver@gmail.com

you will be running devfsd and as such your dev directory is virtual and built on boot... just reboot or restart devfsd and they'll be recreated.

At least i very very much assume you are using it.. check the output of "ps ax" for devfsd first...

no, that will never work... jsut follow the instructions. it's insanely simple compared to tiresomly renaming ALL the files... run "ps ax" look for devfsd, if it's there.. reboot. simple.

I make "ps aux" and devfsd isn't it. What can i do?
