I need help running VSFTPd under Ubuntu..


I have installed and I'm running vs-ftpd under Ubuntu 5.04 (hoary) and the service is started but I can't figure out how to add users to the FTP. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

I've pretty much got the same problem, i tried the docs on their site, i think you can log in using a local usr account into it (so setup a usr accoutn on machine).

i couldn't find the config files to setup the paths or anything though
